What we collect

We collect the information needed to create and secure an account, operate a workspace, and maintain an auditable product surface. That includes account identifiers such as email address and linked identity providers, workspace membership and settings, security events such as sign-in and verification activity, and product telemetry needed to detect failures and abuse.

Why we use it

We use account and operational data to authenticate users, protect workspaces, investigate incidents, maintain reliability, and improve the product. We do not treat your account data as a marketing asset, and we do not sell personal information gathered through the public product experience.

How data is shared

Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and communications providers acting on SerenQuant's behalf. We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce platform rules, or respond to a credible security or fraud incident.

Retention and control

We retain account, audit, and incident records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, defend against abuse, and meet legal obligations. If you need help with access, verification, or account data questions, start from support.
