Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account or linked identity providers. SerenQuant may suspend or restrict access when account integrity or platform safety is at risk.
Research and market-risk disclaimer
SerenQuant provides software, research workflows, and operational tooling. It does not provide individualized investment advice, fiduciary services, or a guarantee of performance. You are responsible for evaluating market, operational, and regulatory risk before acting on any output.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to interfere with platform availability, bypass security controls, scrape non-public systems, violate data-license terms, or perform unlawful trading or surveillance activity. SerenQuant may remove access or preserve evidence when misuse is detected.
Availability and changes
Features, workflows, and supported providers may change as the product evolves. Public incidents and operational degradations are surfaced on the status page. If an issue affects your access path, use support before retrying sensitive actions.
